September 2011 - KML Stands out in the Trade
The KML Field Team are now even more visible when working in store.
KML have introduced a fantastic new uniform for all employees who are
out in the Trade. The Ladies have been dressed in a custom made
‘Nicholas Jermyn’ shirt, while the Men’s shirts are sourced from 3 Wise
Men. All shirts have the KML logo and we are getting great feedback
from Customers and the public alike.
The National Merchandising Team are
also looking smart in their new polo shirts which reads “Field Team” –
there is no mistaking them and we are proud to see the Team representing
KML in full force.

2011 Update – Two Key Appointments at KML Retail Management
Services
Greg Boyce-Bacon Returns to FMCG
KML is proud to announce and
welcome Greg Boyce-Bacon to the newly created role of General Manager –
Sales and Operations.
Greg has had five years out of the FMCG Market at
Hill’s Pet Nutrition NZ Ltd, where he served as Commercial Manager.
Prior to Hill’s Greg spent eight years at Sealord Group NZ Limited as
National Sales Manager before moving into the role of Sales Director –
New Zealand.

Graeme Locke appointed to General Manager – Customer Integration
Graeme moved from Wellington to join KML in the Auckland Head Office in
2009/10 as National Business Manager. Graeme’s promotion to General
Manager Customer Integration further utilizes his strengths in business
strategy working closely with KML Brand Owners and leading the National
Key Account Team.
Managing Director Andrew Clyne is delighted to have these key Executives
in his Senior Leadership Team. Clyne added “The two GM’s will
redefine the approach to optimizing Brand Owner performance through
Customer Integration – developing strategic Brand Owner and Retailer
Business Plans, and Sales & Operations – with the core focus on in field
execution”.
2010 Update - move to new premises
KML have moved into new premises on Orbit Drive in Mairangi Bay
following an extensive search over a number of months.

Managing Director, Andrew Clyne: “It was essential in
our search to find a new location that provided a great working
environment for our Team. Key consideration’s were a large amount of
natural light, plenty of sun and all of the essential amenities. Areas
such as a lunchroom were a must to give the team an environment to have
a break from their work areas during the day and interact socially. The
fit out was customised to our needs by BBR Design with a lot of glass
used for internal office walls rather than traditional construction
methods that limit the feeling of space. Our Level 3 Boardroom provides
everything we need to work as a Business Team with our Brand Owners and
also to host our Regional Sales Meetings. Again with plenty of natural
light and sliding doors on two sides this is the perfect environment in
which to work”.
