John Timms

General Manager
Throughout his career starting in the early 90's, John has gained some strong disciplines and experience through a variety of companies in FMCG and has had particularly relevant experience with Sales & Marketing Agencies and brokerage related businesses. With a high level of commercial skills, John demonstrates a strong grounded understanding of the challenges and opportunities we all face in the FMCG market and has a track record of developing strategic and practical sales strategies with his customers to achieve targeted outcomes through his team members. He has lead DKSH, API Consumer Brands and now KML.

Marylou MacDonald

Financial Controller
Marylou has over eighteen years of Senior Accounting experience working in both local & international companies. She has a broad skill set including managing Financial Management, Human Resources, Logistics Management and Account Management.

Rebecca Davidson

Team Leader National Account Management
Rebecca commenced in 2011 and joined the National Accounts team in 2013. She has over 10 years experience working in the FMCG industry and has managed a varied portfolio across several categories here at KML.

Peter Cleland

National Account Manager
Peter has extensive experience in the FMCG Grocery industry, with a variety of roles from Account Manager (Nestle & Arnotts Biscuits), Area Sales Manager (DB Breweries), Sales Director (BDM Grange) and most recently National Business Manager at DKSH to name a few.

Jayden Kilpatrick

National Account Manager
Jayden began his NZ FMCG journey in 2000. He has extensive experience on both sides of the fence, originally in Foodstuffs with extensive experience in roles such as Store Buyer and Store Manager. Since 2013 he expanded his knowledge of FMCG through working on the supplier side. Roles include Territory Manager, North Island Field Sales Manager and National Field Sales Manager, at DKSH New Zealand and San Remo. This background gives Jayden exceptional insights in how to drive visibility and sales for our brands. After having successfully managed the North Island Field Sales team for KML for 3 years, Jayden is now a National Account Manager with KML.

Melinda Smale

National Account Manager
Melinda has 20 years sales experience, most of it in Grocery with companies such as Wattie's, Coca-Cola, Pernod Ricard, General Mills and Griffins. She joins the experienced KML team of over 70 people in working to increase sales, distribution and market share for our Brand Owners.

Leisha Kilpatrick

North Island Field Sales Manager
Leisha has more than 15 years FMCG experience, various roles working for Foodstuffs (including Compliance Manager). DKSH Manager of CD field team & high achieving TM with double digit growth on Christmas indents. She was a TM for KML for 2 years achieving top growth. After having successfully managed the Auckland field team as Regional Field Sales Manager for KML for 1 year, she is now the North Island Field Sales Manager.

Faye Rawlings

South Island Field Sales Manager
Faye has over 25 years’ experience in selling to New Zealand supermarkets and in managing field teams. She has a true understanding of sales from the ground up. She started in the industry as a merchandiser with KML for 5 years, followed by 10 years as a Territory Manager. In 2010, Faye was promoted to the role of South Island Field Sales Manager, at the same time continuing to manage 3 PNS stores.
