Throughout his career starting in the early 90's, John has gained some strong disciplines and experience through a variety of companies in FMCG and has had particularly relevant experience with Sales & Marketing Agencies and brokerage related businesses. With a high level of commercial skills, John demonstrates a strong grounded understanding of the challenges and opportunities we all face in the FMCG market and has a track record of developing strategic and practical sales strategies with his customers to achieve targeted outcomes through his team members. He has lead DKSH, API Consumer Brands and now KML for over 5 years.

Marylou MacDonald

Financial Controller
Marylou has over 20 years of Senior Accounting experience working in both local & international companies. She has a broad skill set including managing Financial Management, Human Resources, Logistics Management and Account Management.

Rebecca Davidson

Team Leader National Account Management
Rebecca commenced in 2011 and joined the National Accounts team in 2013. She has over 12 years experience working in the FMCG industry and has managed a varied portfolio across several categories here at KML.

Peter Cleland

National Account Manager
Peter has extensive experience in the FMCG Grocery industry, with a variety of roles from Account Manager (Nestle & Arnotts Biscuits), Area Sales Manager (DB Breweries), Sales Director (BDM Grange) and most recently National Business Manager at DKSH to name a few. He has been with KML for over 5 years.

Jackie Archipow

National Account Manager
Jackie has been in the FMCG industry for over 15 years working in both grocery and retail with a variety of roles from Trade Marketing, Field Manager, Account Manager & Sales Manager. Jackie has worked for several strong brand driven businesses over her career including San Remo Pasta, Fantastic Rice Crackers & Noodles, Hot Wheels & Barbie.

Philip Tyler

National Account Manager
Phil has 14 years FMCG sales and management expertise, including senior roles with Nestle Purina Petcare, Reckitt Benckiser and Sealord New Zealand. He thrives on building successful brands through the use of strong business processes and investment strategies, together with excellence in customer relationship management.

South Island Field Sales Manager
Luci has been in FMCG for 17 years and has managed teams across many channels including Petroleum, Route and most recently Grocery for Coca-Cola. She has experience in Key Accounts for FSNI as well as licenced across On-Premise, Off-Premise and retail. She is passionate about people, process improvement and executional excellence.

Scott Smith

North Island Field Sales Manager
Scott has been in the FMCG industry for over 30 years in various sales roles in grocery, convenience, and route trade. Including national field management, heading up National key account teams. More recently as a sales director in a large beverage company. Scott has worked for several strong brand driven businesses over his career including DB Breweries, Frucor, Red Bull, and Asahi.
